Pair up cards which add up to 13 to remove them from the tableau. Kings are removed individually. Other cards pair as follows: Qeen and Ace, Jack and 2, 10 and 3, 9 and 4, 8 and 5, along with 7 and 6.
This game has a single free cell.
All cards are dealt directly to the tableau with most cards in top rows around 7 cards deep and there being 5 or 6 stacks of 2 at the bottom (the word around here is used as each level has a somewhat different layout).
The bottom card in any stcak can be played at any time, thus it makes sense to try to play the cards from the top portion of the level as much as possible to clear away those stacks and make them shallower before using too many cards from the bottom part.
Try to work on multiple stacks in parallel so you have many options open. When you get any stack down to a card or two see if you can play cards from longer stacks when possible as you are unable to move cards to an open column on the tableau. By leaving a card or two in each spot until you worked down the longer columns you give yourself more possible card combinations to use.
Try to keep the free cell clear as much as possible other then when it is temporarily used to quickly pair off a set of cards, or sets off a chain reaction collection of pairs that allows you to re-empty the space quickly.
The right rail of the game shows what level you are on, your score, and how much time you have remaining.
Beneath these data points are 6 buttons to pause the game, go to full screen mode, control sounds, control music, unde moves, and get move hints. The undo and hit buttons can be used up to 3 times each.
This game has 32 levels spread across 4 level select screens.
Initially only the first level is unlocked & you unlock the next level each time you beat a level.
The first level gives you 5 minutes to complete it, with each subsequent level shortening the time. The next 4 levels give you 10 secnds less each, so you must beat the fifth level in 4 minutes and 20 seconds.
If you lose a level you can replay it.
Each 13 you remove is worth 10 points, for a maximum base score of 280 per level. Each second you have remaining when you complete the level is worth 30 points.
