Click on cards on the tableau which are one higher or lower than the open card atop the waste pile. If you can not make any plays you can click on the next card from the reserves to set it atop the waste pile. The reserves pile shows how many cards you have remaining.
In the bottom right corner of the screen there are buttons to undo moves, pause the game, switch to full screen mode, control game music, and control game sound.
In the bottom left corner of the screen it shows your current level, current level score, and how many golden bugs you uncovered.
Try to work on removing the cards which have the most cards underneath them so you need fewer consecutive moves in order to clear all cards.
If a card has the word double on it then it means the same card is stacked twice in a row.
If two paths have the same depth but using one allows you to make a sequence of plays then make the sequence of plays option.
Using the undo button does not cost you points and does not adversely impact your chain multiplier.
After you play a couple levels there are unique features in this game like a card which is tied in place and another card showing a sword you must drag across to uncut the top card from the other pile. On some levels Jokers also appear.
The game has 100 levels which are not timed.
You must beat each level to unlock the next level.
If you lose a level and click the end game button it is game over and you start at the beginning. If you refresh your web browser instead of clicking the game over button you can continue your prior game starting on the level you were at.
Each card you remove from the tableau is worth 20 points. this game uses a chain bonus (which is shown to the right of the waste pile) so that if you remove multiple cards in sequence each removal is worth a multiple of the original value. The second card is worth 40 points and the third card is worth 60 points.
The golden bug cards are worth 500 points each & your cards left in reserves at the end of the level are worth 100 points each.
Your game score is cumulative across all 100 levels.
If you scored poorly on a level you can go back and replay it to improve your score.
