Starting Your Game

Click on the easy or hard button to start the game playing your chosen difficulty level. After selecting a difficulty level you can choose to play in an 8x8, 10x10, or 15x15 grid.

Alternatively you can create a printable version of today's puzzle by clicking on the PRINT TODAY'S PUZZLE button.

In the lower right corner of the welcome screen there are buttons to erase gameplay data, share the game on social media, read developer info, or install the game on your device as a web app.

The game has a button for more games at the bottom and a language selector which is in the lower left corner.

How to Play

Your job is to place tents next to trees.

Each tent is attached to one tree.
There are as many tents as there are trees.
The numbers across the top and down the side tell you how many tents are in the respective row or column.
A tent can only be found horizontally or vertically adjacent to a tree.
Tents are never adjacent to each other, neither vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
A tree might be next to two tents, but is only connected to one.
You can check a tree to indicate you've found the tent for it.

Entering Your Data

Click on a cell once to turn it to grass.
Click on a cell a second time to place a tent on it.
Click on a tent a third time to clear the tent.

Tips

Start with any row or column that is zero. Click on the number zero to turn that entire row or column into grass.

This game offers an error checking feature. Click on the "?" button to check if you made any errors as you progress through the level.

When you beat the level it will show a trophy cup along with how much time it took you to beat the level.

Game Features

Each day this game offers another level to play through. You can play multiple puzzles on each day by choosing to play both difficulty levels or all three puzzle sizes.

Your web browser automatically stores the amount of time it took you to complete each puzzle.

You can click on date to choose another date and play another puzzle.

The lower left side of the game offers buttons to pause the game, undo moves, error check your progress, control game music and sounds, or switch between full screen or embedded play modes.
